Vardo’s is a fusion dining experience that offers its customers a variety of different cuisines from one restaurant.  Founded by Jermaine Dennis (Chef Dre) Jermaine decided to combine his love for food and his passion for cooking.  Chef Dre is a native of Jamaica who dedicated one year toward going on a culinary safari to different places experiencing different food.  His menu was created based on only the most unique and flavorful dishes the world has to offer but of course with his own Caribbean twist!  This tasteful menu will take you on a culinary journey and leave your pallet bursting with flavor.  Chef Dre will also introduce a unique way of enjoying your fruits and veggies with his juice bar!
